I really believe your mortgage matters.  I’ve spent the last twenty-five years advising borrowers on the best action plan as it relates to their mortgage needs. My expertise ranges from helping potential first time homebuyers get qualified to helping empty nesters use the mortgage product to help accomplish their retirement goals – and everything in between. Everyone’s situation is unique, and that’s the primary reason I love being a mortgage advisor!

Your mortgage will likely be the largest debt you ever have and take up the largest portion of your monthly expense. When a home is financed without adequate planning and preparation, you can find yourself in a precarious situation. At worst, you wind up in foreclosure and at best, you are "house poor," unable to save and give money the way you would like. However, when your mortgage fits neatly into your overall plan of action, you are destined for financial success.

Everyone needs to have a well-rounded financial plan, and your monthly housing expense plays a central role in creating a beneficial plan of action. I will help you with the basic needs of qualifying for a home mortgage and getting you a loan that best fits your situation. But my ultimate goal is to provide you with mortgage financing that lays a firm foundation for overall financial success.
